西方顾客忠诚与员工忠诚理论的借鉴与整合 被引量:1

摘要 顾客和员工是企业的两大宝贵资源,二者的忠诚对于企业有着重要的意义。企业首先应该重视的不是顾客而是员工。因为服务顾客的是员工,只有忠诚的员工才会赢来忠诚的顾客。
