摘要
目的了解岳池县近5年法定报告传染病的流行规律及变化趋势,为制定防治策略提供依据。方法根据国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统数据进行统计分析。结果岳池县2004-2008年无甲类传染病报告,共报告乙丙类传染病23种15140例,年均发病率为259.06/10万,发病呈下降趋势;发病居前5位的病种依次为肺结核、病毒性肝炎、感染性腹泻、流行性腮腺炎、麻疹;男女性别比为1.93:1;发病年龄以0~9岁(4351例)为最高,占发病总数的28.80%;职业分布以农民(7011例,占46.31%)为主、其次是学生(2583例,占17.06%)、散居儿童(2460例,占16.25%);发病高峰为1月份和3~8月;呼吸道传染病占甲乙类传染病的48.17%,主要以肺结核为主,血源及性传播占甲乙类传染病的37.03%,主要以乙肝为主。结论岳池县近五年法定传染病发病呈下降趋势,加强重点人群及重点疾病的防控是今后传染病防治工作的重点。
Objective The present study was conducted to get insight into the epidemiological characteristics and changing trends of notifiable infectious diseases in the latest 5 years in Yuechi.Sichuan.Methods Statistical analysis was made on the data of the National Disease Surveillance Information Management System in Yuechi from 2004 to 2008.Results There is no class-A infectious disease report in 2004-2008 in Yuechi,reported 15 140 23 kinds of B class-C infectious diseases together,average annual morbidity 259.06/100000,the onset presents the downward trend;The number that the onset occupies the first 5 is successively pulmonary tuberculosis,virus hepatitis,infective diarrhoea,mumps,measles;Men and women's sex ratio is 1.93:1;Onset age most high in order to to regard 0-9 years old(4 351) as,account for,have illness coming on 28.80%of the total number;Job distribute,take peasant(7 011,accounts for 46.31%) as the core,student(2 583,account for 17.06%) secondly,live scattered children(2 460,accounts for 16.25%);The onset peak is January and March-August; Respiratory tracts infectious disease account for A class-B 48.17%of infectious disease,rely mainly on pulmonary tuberculosis,the blood source and spreading through sex intercourse to take 37.03%of A class-B infectious disease,rely mainly on hepatitis B.Conclusion The trend of of infectious diseases is downward in the past five years in Yuechi,the most important thing in infectious disease prevention work is to increase the prevention of the focused people and focused disease,in the future.
