门诊处方质量调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of prescriptions quality of outpatient service

目的对门诊处方的分析调查,促进与提高处方合理用药。方法随机抽取本院2009年5～11月门、急诊处方(麻醉药品、精神药品处方除外),对药物的不合理应用、抗菌药物使用百分率、注射液使用百分率等方面进行统计分析。结果统计了16 835张处方,有1 247张不合理,占总处方的7.41%。抗菌药物处方百分率为18.47%,注射液使用百分率为36.20%。结论对于门诊处方存在注射液使用高及其他合理用药等方面积极开展合理用药宣传,提高门诊处方的质量,保证患者的用药安全。

Objective To promote reasonable drug use by analysis of prescription of outpatient.Methods Prescriptions（except narcotic and psychiatric drug prescriptions） were randomly selected from outpatient and emergency department in May.to Nov.2009.To conduct statistics and analysis on the contents of unreasonable drug,percentage of antibiotic and injection,etc.Results In 16 835 prescription,unreasonable drug use werel 247 pieces,accounting for 7.41%of the total prescriptions.percentage of antibiotic＇s prescriptions and injection is 18.47%and 36.20%.Conclusion The propaganda of drug and antibiotic and injection.Should be launched actively.We should be make great efforts for promoting quality of outpatient and ensuring drag safe of patients.
