长三角都市圈发展研究——由中国第一圈到世界第一圈

Study on the Development of Yangtze River Delta

依据之前发布的都市圈综合竞争力评价指标体系,基于最新数据对中国18个都市圈综合竞争力的发展变化进行研究发现,长三角都市圈是中国第一圈,长三角都市圈借助其资源、人才、科技、城市体系等方面的优势,在可预见的未来必然仍是中国第一圈。以都市圈经济发展方式为视角,将三大都市圈进行对比研究发现,珠三角的经济发展模式更为理想,而长三角发展方式中存在着以要素驱动为主导、产业结构升级缓慢等问题。放眼未来,长三角都市圈将有望在2018年总量上成为世界第一圈。

From the perspectives of development stage, general output and production efficiency, Yangtze River Delta ranks number 1 in China undoubtedly. And we argue that it will continue to be top one in the future judging from her advantages on natural resources, human resources, science technology and urban system. However, explored from the aspects of the development law of mega regions and comparison study, we find that Pearl River Delta’s development mode appears to be the most successful, and the Yangtze River Delta are facing many problems, such as dependence more on traditional production factors than science and technology, and slow in industrial upgrading, and so on. Despite of the above problems, our conclusion is the Yangtze River Delta would be top one in the world by GDP in 2018, so countermeasures on how to meet the challenges are presented at the end of the paper.
