后危机时代的长三角城市群一体化发展

Integration of the Yangtze Delta Metropolitan Area in Post Crisis Era

进入后危机时代,长三角城市群一体化面临着新机遇,社会经济发展已进入"加速转型阶段"、"同城化阶段"和"制度合作阶段"。但在全球格局发生重大变革的背景下,长三角城市群一体化在发展方式转变与产业结构升级两方面都面临着重要的挑战,城市群内部形成了中心-外围的经济地理格局。加快长三角城市群一体化发展需出台新举措:以创新驱动型科学发展带动长三角城市群一体化发展,以现代服务业率先发展带动长三角城市群一体化发展,以区域统筹和谐发展带动长三角城市群一体化发展,以制度创新整体发展带动长三角城市群一体化发展。

With the coming of the Post Crisis Era, new opportunities are emerging for the integration of the Yangtze Delta Metropolitan Area. The social and economic development of the Area has been entering ＂acceleration of transition＂, ＂integration of neighbor cities＂ and ＂institutional cooperation＂ phases. Under the great change of global order, the integration of the Area faces significant challenges regards developing mode transformation and industrial structure upgrading, and centre-periphery economic geography pattern is forming in the Area. This paper suggests four measures for accelerating the integration of the Area： promote the integration with innovation-driven scientific development; promote the integration with leading development of modern service industry; promote the integration with regional overall-planned and harmonious development; promote the integration with system innovation and overall development.
