斑蝥、黄连、鸦胆子油混合液祛除模型大鼠增生性子宫内膜的实验研究

目的：观察不同提取方法以及不同浓度的的斑蝥，黄连和鸦胆子油混合液对子宫内膜增生症模型大鼠子宫内膜的祛除作用。方法：以健康雌性sD大鼠卵巢去势后为作用对象，与空白组，开关腹组，模型对照组，用药组对照比较。结论：斑蝥，黄连和鸦胆子油混合液对子宫内膜增生症模型大鼠子宫内膜有明显的祛除作用。应用SPSS13．0处理软件进行方差分析和t检验。
