清肺汤治疗支原体肺炎疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法：在我院就诊的支原体肺炎患者37例中，随机选取22例在用红霉素治疗的基础上采用自拟清肺汤辨证论治，该组为治疗组，另外15例用红霉素治疗，为对照组。结果：一个疗程（14天）以后，治疗组痊愈率67．3％，总有效率90．1％（20／22），对照组痊愈率40．0％（6／15），总有效率80．0％（12／15）。两组病例在1个疗程后，治疗有效者各项指标，无好转病例以及治疗后出现不良反应者比例差异均具有显著性（P〈O．05）。结论：清肺汤结合红霉素治疗原体肺炎，能有效地控制病情，治疗时间短，不良反应少，治愈率和总有效率高，临床上值得推广和应用。

Results： After a treatment course （14 days）, treatment group healing rate 67.3 %, total effectiveness 90. 1% （20/22）, control group healing rate 40.0 % （6/15）, total effectiveness 80.0 % （12/15）. Two groups of cases after 1 treatment course, treatment effectiveness each target, after non--change for the better case as weU as treatment, has the bad reactor proportion difference to have the significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusions：The dear lung soup union erythromycin treats the original body pneumonia, can control the condition effectively, the treatment time is short, the untoward effect are few, the cure rate and the total effectiveness are high, on clinical is worth promoting and the application.
