小儿头部静脉留针固定的研究

目的：探讨小儿头部静脉留针的固定方法和注意事项，寻求最佳的固定方法，减少并发症，最大限度的发挥静脉留针的临床作用。方法：以我院近期护理的130例头部静脉留针患儿为例，运用我院最新的固定和护理方法，对整个护理过程进行分析。结果：明显降低了针管脱落、静脉阻塞、局部肿胀、渗漏以及静脉炎等问题的出现。结论：有效的方法，严格的操作，可以有效的预防甚至可以杜绝小儿头部静脉留针的并发症。

Objective：Discusses the young child forehead vein to keep needle＇s fixed method and the matters needing attention, seeks the best fixed method, reduces the complication, the display vein maximum limit keeps needle＇s clinical function. Method： 130 example forehead vein which nurses in the near future by my courtyard keeps the needle baby is an example, utilizes my courtyard newest fixed and the nursing method, carries on the analysis to the entire nursing process. Results： Reduced the syringe to fall off obviously, vein blocking, partial swelling, question and so on leakage as well as phlebitis appearances. Conclusions：The effective method, the strict operation, may the effective prevention even be possible to cease the young child forehead vein to keep needle＇s complication.
