氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂与氧化锌丁香油糊剂治疗乳牙根尖周炎的临床比较观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较应用氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂根管充填和氧化锌丁香油糊剂充填治疗乳牙根尖周炎病例的近远期疗效。方法:将465个患根尖周炎的乳牙分A、B两组,A组用氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂进行根管充填;B组用氧化锌丁香油糊剂充填。并经过6个月、1a、2a随访观察。结果:氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂根管充填组治疗后6个月、1a、2a成功率分别为97.4%、91.9%、88.6g;氧化锌丁香油糊剂充填组治疗后6个月、1a、2a成功率分别为81.9%、70.2%、64.3%。两组疗效比较,p〈0.05,有显著性差异。结论:氢氧化钙碘仿糊荆根管充填是治疗乳牙根尖周炎的有效方法。 Objective:Compares using the calcium hydroxide iodoform cataplasma root canal backfill and the zinc oxide clove oil cataplasma backfill treats young root point week inflammation case's near forward curative effect. Method:Divides 465 trouble root point Zhou Yan milk teeth A, the B two groups, A group carries on the root canal backfill with the calcium hydroxide iodoform cataplasma; B group fills with the zinc oxide clove oil cataplasma. And passes through 6 months, 1 a, 2 a revisit observation. Results: The calcium hydroxide iodoform cataplasma root canal backfill group treats the latter 6 months, la, 2 a success ratio respectively is 97.4%, 91.9%, 88.6 %; The zinc oxide clove oil cataplasma backfill group treats the latter 6 months, 1 a, 2 a success ratio re- spectively is 81.9%, 70.2%, 64.3%. Two group of curative effect comparisons, p^0.05, has the significance difference. Conclu- sions:The calcium hydroxide iodoform cataplasma root canal backfill treats the young root point Zhou Yan efficacious device.
