目的：总结老年患者诊断性刮宫术实施静脉无病麻醉的护理体会。方法：110例老年患者在异丙酚静脉麻醉下实施无痛诊断性刮宫术。结果：所有手术均顺利完成，无一例麻醉意外，所有患者对手术均感满意。结论：老年患者诊断性刮宫术实施无痛麻醉可以消除患者由于手术刺激引起的疼痛，降低心血管意外的发生率，同时为手术的颇利进行创造了有利条件。
