经眉弓眶上锁孔入路切除鞍结节脑膜瘤 被引量:3

Trans-superciliary arch supraorbital keyhole approach for microsurgical treatment of tuberculum sellar meningioma

摘要 目的探讨鞍结节脑膜瘤经眉弓眶上锁孔入路切除的方法及疗效。方法分析我科用该手术入路显微手术切除12例鞍结节脑膜瘤。结果 12例(100%)全切除,所有病人术后恢复良好。结论用经眉弓眶上锁孔入路切除鞍结节脑膜瘤微创,手术安全性高,疗效满意。 Objective To evaluate the procedure and post-operative effect of resection of tuberculum sellar meningioma via trans-superciliary arch supraorbital keyhole approach.Methods Altogether 12 cases were treated with trans-superciliary arch supraorbital keyhole approach.Results Total resection was achieved in all 12 cases.All patients were cured without complications.Conclusion Trans-superciliary arch supraorbital keyhole approach is completely satisfactory and it has many advantages over conventional operations including mini-invasion,fewer complications and faster recovery.
