摘要
以镀锡镍硅酸钙镁矿物晶须与镍粉为复合填料,以环氧树脂作为粘结剂,按照涂料制备的方法,研制了一种新型电磁波屏蔽复合材料——镀锡镍硅酸钙镁矿物晶须/镍粉/环氧树脂电磁波屏蔽复合材料,并介绍—了其主要特点及市场前景。测试结果表明:在300kHz~1.5GHz范围内,其屏蔽效能为37.197~46.139dB。
A novel Sn-Ni-coated Calcium-magnesium Silicate whisker/Nickel powder/epoxy resin electromagnetic shielding composite coating was prepared according to the method of paint preparation by using Sn-Ni-coated whisker and nickel powders as filler and using epoxy resin as binder. The main characteristics and market prospect of the electromagnetic shielding coating are introduced. The test result indicates that the shielding effectiveness of the coating is 37.197 -46.139 dB in the frequency range of 300 kHz-l.5 GHz
