腰椎间盘突出症术后同节段远期复发再手术临床治疗

目的：探讨腰椎间盘突出远期复发再手术的原因，减少术后复发率。方法：对6例LIDH术后同节段远期复发再手术的临床资料分析。结果：平均随访24个月，效果优5例、良1例。结论：LIDH远期复发的原因有医源性因素外，更重要的是腰椎退行性变加重，瘢痕组织压迫，椎管狭窄形成等因素有关。探讨了中药在术后的临床应用。

Objective：Discusses the waist intervertebral disc prominent forward recrudescence again surgery＇s reason, after reducing the technique, recurrence rate. Methods：After 6 example LID H technique with stage forward recrudescence again surgery＇s clinical material analysis. Result： The average makes a follow--up visit for 24 months, the effect superior 5 examples, the good 1 example. Conclusion：The LIDH forward recrudescence＇s reason has outside the medical source factor, the lumbar vertebra degeneration aggravates more importantly, the Scar tissue oppresses, the neurocanai forms and so on factors to concern narrowly. Has discussed the traditional Chinese medicine after technique clinical practice.
