＂Smile train＂ lip uranocoloboma patient＇s nursing experience

目的：总结收治唇腭裂围手术期护理经验，探索提高手术成功率，减少并发症的的方法。方法：回顾分析我院自2008年7月--2010年4月收治86例唇腭裂患者护理经验。结果：本组86例患者，均在全麻下行唇腭裂手术整复术，术前术后给予相应护理，住院期间无因护理不当而引起并发症。结论：加强对唇腭裂患者的围手术期护理，是提高手术成功率减少并发症的重要措施之一。
