两种不同方法治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效分析

Two different method treatment allergy rhinitis＇s curative effect analysis

目的：探讨微波技术和传统的鼻吸布地奈德治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效比较。方法：将2009年1月-12月期间我院耳鼻咽喉科门诊及住院患者50例均分为两组，一组行微波治疗，另一组鼻吸布地奈德治疗，记录患者的哮喘症状记分扣不良反应。结果：两组治疗后症状评分均低于治疗前水平，与治疗前差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；但两组治疗前、治疗后症状评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），且两组均为发生严重的不良反应。结论：微波技术和鼻吸布地奈德两组方式均是治疗变应性鼻炎的有效方法。

Result： After two groups treat, before symptom grading is lower than the treatment the level, the difference has statistics significance before the treatment （P〈0.05）, and two groups have the serious untoward effect. Conclusion： The microwave technique and the nose attract the cloth Naide two groups of ways treat the allergy rhinitis＇s efficacious device.
