髓心减压治疗股骨头缺血性坏死48例临床分析

目的：探讨髓芯减压辅助植入骨治疗股骨头缺血性坏死临床。方法：从2007年3月至2008年10月收治的48倒股骨头缺血性坏死患者，在硬膜外麻醉下，采用髓芯减压辅助植入骨治疗。结果：所有患者减压术后1d～2d髋关节疼痛症状明显减弱，2周～3周后疼痛消失。随访时间6—24个月，平均16个月。经MRI复查减压植骨区骨生长良好。随访后评分为56分～94分，平均82．5分，优良者40例，占83．3％。结论：髓芯减压辅助植入骨治疗股骨头缺血性坏死术式简单，治疗效果显著，值得临床进一步推广。
