定点复位法加穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病

目的：探讨治疗神经根型颈椎病的较佳方法。方法：将100例患者随机分为研究组和常规组各50例。研究组采用定点复位加药液穴位注射法为主治疗；常规组采用中药内服外贴法。结果：研究组治愈率为68．0％，有效率为96．0％；常规组治愈率为46．0％，有效率为82．0％。2组治愈率和有效率组间比较差并均有显著性意义（均P〈0．05）。结论：定点复位加药物穴位注射法为主治疗神经根型颈椎病有较好疗效。

Objective： Discusses the good method which the treatment nerve root cervical vertebra gets sick. Methods：Divides into stochastically 100 example patients the study team and conventional group each 50 examples. The study team uses the fixed--point replacement to add the solution acupuncture point jet method to treat primarily; The conventional group uses outside the traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine to paste the law. Result：The study team cure rate is 68.0%, effectiveness is 96.0% The conventional group cure rate is 46.0%, effectiveness is 82.0%. 2 groups of cure rates and during the effective group the comparison difference has the significance sigrfificance （P^0.05）. Conclusion：The fixed--point replacement adds the medicine acupuncture point jet method to treat the nerve root cervical vertebra sickness to have the good curative effect primarily.
