目的：探讨持续质量改进在ICU护理记录中的运用。方法：通过自查2003年1月-2005年1月本科存档的病历护理书写，找到书写问题进行分析、实施、整改、措施、切实执行解决问题。结果：经过2年的持续质量改进法律意识明显增强，护理书写问题的病历份数减少，护理问题项减少，护理书写合格率达100％。结论：持续质量改进有效的提高了ICU护理记录书写质量，以适应举证倒置的需要，满足人们增长的健康的需求。

Objective：Discusses continues the quality improvement, in ICU nurses in the record the utilization. Methods：Medical record nursing writing which in January, 2003 - January, 2005 undergraduate course puts on file through the self--examination, found the written question to carry on the analysis, the implementation, to reorganize, the measure, the practical execution to solve the problem. Result：Passes through 2 years to continue the quality improvement legal awareness obvious enhancement, the nursing writing question medical record number of copies reduces, a nursing question reduction, the nursing writing qualified rate reaches 100%. Conclusion：Continued quality improvement effective enhancement ICU to nurse the record writing quality, adapted presents evidence the inversion the need, meets health need which the people grew.
