摘要
利用东北高粱、大米、玉米,研究多粮清香型白酒工艺;在传统清香型大曲白酒工艺指导下,生产出复粮香优质清香大曲白酒。
investigation of multi-grains Fen-flavor liquor making technology with sorghum,rice and corn which are produced in Northeast China was carried out.The good quality of Daqu liquor was produced under the guidance of traditional process of Fen-flavor liquor making technology.
