摘要
白酒中呈香呈味的物质形成颗粒状微观形态。由基酒与保健成分组成的保健酒的酒体的特点是什么呢?采用描探针显微镜对几种不同品牌的保健酒做AFM扫描图,并与普通白酒的AFM扫描图中观察到的微观形态相比较,显示出保健成分与基酒充分融合的特别特征。
The flavor and trace elements form the micro-morphology of liquor.Health liquor consists of base liquor and health substance has its own characteristics.In this article,particle shape of AFMin different brands of health liquor was scanned by SFM.And compared to the micro-morphology known from the particle shape of AFMin ordinary liquor,it shows specific characteristics of fully mixed health substance and base.
