摘要 固态发酵糟检测,是白酒生产企业日常检测的重要工作,它是酿酒生产车间的耳目,是了解上排发酵情况决定下排入窖条件的重要依据。其数据的准确性,受检测操作的影响极大,许多问题应引起足够的重视。 The detection of solid-state fermented grains is the important work of routine testing in the liquor industry, which reflects the situation of workshop and is also an important basis for the decision on discharging the fermented grains into the cellar. The accuracy of the data was greatly influenced by the testing operations, and many issues should be taken seriously.
