汽车覆盖件翻边成形切边线优化设计及算例研究

摘要 主要研究了汽车覆盖件翻边成形工艺的切边线优化设计,提出了一种基于误差修正的预示翻边切边线的迭代算法,基于LS-DYNA的仿真模拟,根据模拟结果轮廓与目标轮廓间的形状误差来不断优化毛坯形状,对于复杂的汽车覆盖件翻边零件,一至两次的迭代优化后即可得到精确的切边线形状。在程序中实现了LS-DYNA求解器的自动调用,大大提高了切边线的优化效率。最后通过2个汽车覆盖件翻边成形的算例研究证明了该方法的有效性,为汽车覆盖件拉深模和切边模同步开发提供了切实可行的技术手段。 Optimum design of auto body parts' flanging trimming line was studied. An iterative method based on error-correction was put forward. Based on FEM simulation of LS- DYNA, the blank shape was optimized according to the shape error values of simulation resuits curve and the target curve. After one or two iterations, the exact trimming lines of complicated auto body flanging parts would be obtained. The program could automatically call LS-DYNA solver, which could greatly increase the efficiency of the trimming line optimization. Finally, by studying two cases of auto body flanging parts, the method has been proved to be effective. It has provided a practical way for the synchronous development of auto body parts' drawing die and trimming die.
