摘要
通过采用Cimatron E软件对相机上盖凸模进行数控加工程序编制,介绍了Cimatron CAM系统的加工特点,探讨了运用Cimatron软件对复杂零件进行加工程序设计的一些新方法和技巧,分析了如何在Cimatron E环境下结合相机面壳凸模的加工工艺特点进行合理编程,实现了其加工刀路的设计及其加工过程的模拟。结果表明,采用Cimatron软件的数控加工技术,提高了产品的质量,降低了生产成本。
The Cimatron E software was applied in NC programming of the camera shell punch. The characteristics of Cimatron CAM system were introduced, and the programming skills using Cimatron for the machining of complicated parts were also discussed. After ana- lyzing the process characteristics of camera shell punch, the rational programming method using Cimatron E was also introduced. The machining tool path was designed and the machining process was simulated. Results showed that using the NC technology of Cimatron software could improve products quality and reduce production costs.
