摘要
介绍了国内传统数控铣加工中存在的计算繁琐问题,提出了基于CAD的数控手工编程,在CAD上可找到手工编程所需的坐标点,去掉繁琐的计算和自动编程中冗长的程序及增加的通信问题,并在生产中验证了这种方法的正确性和有效性。实践证明,该手工编程方法具有快、精、准和提高生产效率等优点。
An existing problem in the traditional demestic NC milling process was introduced, which was the problem of extremely complicated calculation. A kind of manual programming method based on CAD was put forward, which could reduct the complicated cal- culation, the tedius programs and increased communication problem in automatic programming by finding the CAD coordinate points needed in manual programming. Practice has proved that this manual programming method has advantages of rapid, precise and accurate, which could improve the productivity.
