摘要
对4m3地下铲运机底盘传动系统部件进行了选型,对其底盘传动系统进行了匹配计算。根据QSL9C250柴油机外特性参数和C5502液力变矩器的原始特性参数,计算了柴油机和液力变矩器二者共同工作的输出特性,得到了各档牵引特性和爬坡能力,为该地下铲运机总体设计提供了可靠依据。
In this paper, 4m3 underground loader chassis components are selected, the chassis transmission matching calculation is calculated. According to QSL9 C250 diesel engine parameters and the original external characteristic parame- ters of the C5502 torque converter, the common working output characteristic curve of the diesel engine and torque converter is calculated, the characteristic for each shift and the climbing capacity are known. Therefore a reliable basis is laid for the underground loader general design.
