摘要 通过对风光互补发电系统能量流动和运行特性的分析,归纳总结出系统的4种运行模式和15种工作状态,提出了一种包括最大功率跟踪控制、负载功率跟踪控制、蓄电池充放电控制和系统保护运行等控制策略的协调控制方案。该控制方案根据气象条件、负载和蓄电池工况,进行不同运行模式和工作状态之间的转换,并完成相应的控制策略,从而实现风光互补发电系统的优化及可靠运行。仿真结果验证了该文所论述协调控制方案的正确性和可行性。 4 operation modes and 15 working states of wind/PV hybrid power system were induced by the analysis of its energy flow and operation characteristics, and a coordination control scenario which contains maximum power tracking control, load tracking control, charge and discharge control for battery as well as operation with protection was put forward. The control scenario is able to switch correctly and automatically between its different operation modes or working states according to the weather condition, load and battery status, and implement the correspondent control strategies so that the optimal and reliable operation of the system was obtained. Simulation results verify the correctness and feasibility of the coordination control scenario proposed in the paper for wind/PV hybrid system.
