摘要
通过大量实验尝试了通常用于淀粉酒精发酵的酿酒酵母在纤维素酒精发酵过程中的应用情况,实验结果证明,酿酒酵母发酵纤维素原料水解液时,相对于淀粉酒精发酵来说,在抑制物等较多因素的影响下,加量比较大,发酵延迟期比较长。
This article author attempted through the massive experiments has usually used in saccharomyces cerevisiae in cellulose ethyl alcohol fermentative process application situation which the starch ethyl alcohol fermented,the experimental result proved that when saccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation cellulose raw material hydrolisis fluid,was opposite in the starch ethyl alcohol fermentation,in the inhibitor and so on under the many factor's influences,the amount of use was bigger,endures the sugar density be also lowwer.
