Constructing speciality group is a new idea for speciality construction with the start of National Model Vocational Colleges.It plays an important role in improving the competitive strength of higher vocational colleges.This article analyzes the connotation,characteristics and problems in constructing speciality group,and then discusses the paths of constructing it from the perspectives of constructing key speciality,improving system of curricula,constructing teaching team,building training bases,integrating teaching resources and so on.
