A Study on Teaching of English for Science and Technology

掌握科技英语的表达交流方法,努力成为具有较强外语应用能力的专业技术人才,这是高等教育教学的目标之一,因而科技英语日益受到广大师生的重视。分析科技英语的教学方法,提出在课堂教学中应该注意的问题,探索科技英语的发展方向。

To master the expressions and communication of English for science and technology（EST） and to be a professional and technical personnel with strong foreign languages practical aptitude are the teaching objectives of higher education.And thus,EST is becoming more and more important.The paper analyzes the teaching method of EST,provides some problems should be concerned in teaching and exploits the developing trend of EST.
