网络评议是高校学生党建工作自身发展、高校学分制改革发展及网络信息化发展的需要。网络评议能提高评议意见的真实性和评议方式的灵活性;同时能突出评议群众的主体性,较好地实现发展党员过程中关于"征求党内外群众意见"的要求,提升高校学生党建工作的民主化水平。

Internet review is the need for the self-development of college students party construction work,the reform and development of college credit system and the development of network informatization.It enhances the authenticity of review and the flexibility of review modes.Meanwhile,it gives prominence to the subjectivity role of the review masses,reflects the requirements of ＂soliciting opinions of the masses inside and outside the party＂ in the process of developing the party members and improves the level of college students Party construction work in democratization.
