摘要
中层干部考核制度是检验中层干部政治业务素质和履行职责情况的主要手段之一。近年来绝大部分高校都能够把党的干部政策与学校的实际情况紧密结合,制定合理的考核制度,以提高中层干部的工作积极性。与此同时也应看到,高校的考核制度中还存在着诸如指标体系还不够完善等问题,这就必须通过优化考核测评赋分细则、采用信息化的考核平台等方法予以改进和完善。
The assessment of middle-level cadres is one of the major measures to checking the cadres' political quality and their performance of duties.Of late,most colleges and universities could combine the Party's policy on cadre with the actual situation,set proper assessment rules to motivate the middle-level cadres to meet goals.Meanwhile,we should note that there are still some problems such as the assessment index is not so complete and etc.in assessment rules,it is necessary to improve the rules by means of optimizing the assessment valuing rules,adopting information-based assessment platform and etc.
