指纹识别技术定量研究大斜度井分层动用状况

摘要 通常将气相色谱图上除正构烷烃峰以外的精细组分峰称作气相色谱指纹峰。一般认为一个油藏中,同一油层的原油具有相同的色谱指纹,不同油层的原油具有不同的色谱指纹。气相色谱指纹技术就是凭借其高分辨率的分离效果和高度灵敏的检测性能,可以将原油中的各种组分高效分离,并可测出其单个组分的相对含量。这种差异成为定量研究分层动用状况的理论依据。对沙埝油田部分小层岩心样品的制取,用实验手段获取岩心中原油样品,根据气相色谱分析技术,分析不同小层原油样品的色谱峰值形态特征,选择一些特征明显、分布稳定、重现性强、差别显著的色谱作为不同油层原油的特征指纹。后期分析采油井中的混合油样的色谱,计算不同指纹的比例,根据模型计算出油井分层产油状况,结合动静态资料分析油藏纵向上分层动用状况及潜力,制定相应的调整措施,取得较好的效果。 The peak of fine component except for the peak of normal paraffin hydrocarbons is usually called fingerprint peak of gas chromatogram in gas chromatogram.In one oil reservoir,the crude oil in the same oil formation has the same chromatogram fingerprint,vice versa.Fingerprint technique of gas chromatogram can separate the various components in the crude oil and can measure the relative content of each component for its high resolution and high sensitivity.The difference becomes the theoretical basis of quantitative research on producing in different layers.By making core samples of some sublayers in Shanian oilfield,the crude oil could be extracted from the core samples with experimental methods.And then the gas chromatogram is ap- plied to the analysis of characteristics of the chromatogram curves for each sublayer.Some chromatogram with obvious features,stable distribution,good reappearence and distinct difference is selected to be the fingerprint of crude oil in each sublayer.The chromatogram of mixed crude oil from production wells is analyzed.Accord- ing to the percentage of each fingerprint,the tapping of the oil in each sublayer could be calculated with the model.With the aid of static data and production performance,the tapping and potential of remaining oil in vertical direction could be analyzed,and then the corresponding measures could be applied to get the expected results.
