溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)国内产销状况及建议 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了我国目前溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)的产销状况:产量小,现有的4套SSBR生产装置中,只有中国石化上海高桥分公司10×104t/a装置在正常运行;生产技术主要采用引进技术,SSBR产品牌号少,研发力度小;SSBR消费量小,仅占丁苯橡胶总量的5%~6%;应用领域小,主要用于胎面胶和制鞋。国内SSBR产量和产能近期内将不会有大的变化,但市场需求将持续增长。提出了国内发展SSBR的建议:①SSBR新建项目在进一步完善间歇式聚合工艺的基础上,应尽可能建设可生产溶聚丁苯橡胶、锂系低顺式聚丁二烯橡胶(LCBR)和热塑性丁苯橡胶(SBS)产品的多功能生产装置,如有可能应采用连续聚合工艺;②加大新品种、新牌号的研发力度;③提高SSBR产品的质量和供货稳定性;④加强市场研究,以应对日益严格的法规和环保要求;⑤加大推广应用工作力度。 This article describes the production and sales of solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber (SSBR) in China at present:there are currently four SSBR production units in China and only one-SINOPEC Gaoqiao Company's 10×10^4t/a unit-is in normal operation;most technologies used in these units are intro- duced from abroad ,only a few varieties of SSBR products are being produced and investment in research and development is low;domestic SSBR consumption is small,representing only 5%-6% of all SBR used in Chi- na;application is limited to the production of tread rubber and footwear.China's domestic SSBR output and production capacity will not change significantly although market demand will continue to grow.The article al- so proposes some suggestions on developing SSBR in China: (1)while continuing to improve batch polymeriza- tion technology,new SSBR projects should,if possible,build multipurpose units capable of producing SSBR, LCBR and SBS and use continuous polymerization process; (2)strengthen the research and development of new SSBR products ;(3)improve the quality of SSBR products and the stability of product supply;(4)strengthen mar- ket research to meet increasingly strict laws and environmental regulations; (5)step up the effort to promote the use of SSBR.
