摘要
读者信用积分制度是把信用积分理念引入到图书馆工作服务中,利用信用制度的独特作用来弥补现行制度的不足。读者信用积分制度在前提条件、特点、运行流程等方面有其独特之处;外在因素对读者行为和图书馆均存在着一定影响,是进行积分评估时需要考虑的因素;通过对传导效应、磁性效应、失信曲线、补救机制、读者信用等级表等内容的探讨有助于深入理解读者信用积分制度。推广读者信用积分制度,对于规范读者行为,提升图书馆服务具有重要价值。
Merit point system is introduced into the realm of library service to complement the current library system. Readers' merit point system has distinct features in prerequisites and operations, etc. Extrinsic factors, which exert influences on readers' manners as well as on library service, should be taken into account in credit rating. Conductive effect, magnetic effect, dicredit curve, redemption mechanism etc. are also analysed. Application of readers' merit point system can regulate readers' manners and improve library service.
