摘要
随着蛋白质组学研究的不断深入,蛋白质研究技术被广泛的应用于各领域。新近发展起来的表面增强激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(SELDI-TOF-MS)蛋白质芯片技术为蛋白质的检测和研究提供了新的技术平台。投放至今虽只有短短几年,但其显著的成效已经开始得到生命科学界的重视,尤其体现在自身免疫性疾病、感染性疾病及恶性肿瘤的早期诊断、监控和预后方面的应用研究上。本文就其技术原理、优势和在临床疾病研究中的现状进行综述。
With the study of proteomics advances,techniques for protein study are widely applied in all fields.A recently developed protein-chip technology,called SELDI-TOF-MS,allows a brand-new platform for the detection and study of protein.Although put into use for only a few years,it has drawn wide attention in the life science for its outstanding effects,especially on the early diagnosing,monintoring and prognosis judging of autoimmune diseases,infectious diseases and malignant tumors.This article gives an overview on the technology principle,advantages,as well as the current study situation of it in the clinical research.
