定眩汤治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床研究

Clinical study on treating vertebral-basilar insufficiency vertigo with Dingxuan decoction

目的：观察定眩汤治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效。方法：选择笔者所在医院68例椎．基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者，随机分为分为治疗组（34例），给予定眩汤治疗，对照组（34例）给予尼莫地平、西比灵治疗。结果：总有效率治疗组91．18％、对照组73．53％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：定眩汤治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效确切。

Objective： Observe the therapeutic effect of Dingxuan Decoction on vertigo caused by insufficient blood-supply of Vertebral-basilar artery. Methods： Select 68 cases of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency in patients with vertigo, Randomly divided into the treatment group（34 cases）, Treatment for Dingxuan Decoction, The control group（34 cases）for nimodipine, flunarizine treatment. Results： The total effective rate in treatment group was 91.18%, Control group was 73.53%. Difference between two groups was significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Dingxuan Decoction Treating Vertigo caused by Vertebral-basilar insufficiency curative.
