摘要
近几十年随科技发展,基因工程在食品中的应用越来越广泛并取得了一些研究成果。本文综述了基因工程在在食品原料改良、食品加工、食品检测、转基因食品等方面的应用,展望了今后基因工程在食品中的应用的发展。
With the technological development in recent decades, genetic engineering in food and get more and more extensive application of a number of research results. In this paper, a genetic engineering in the improvement in the food raw materials, food processing, food testing, genetically modified foods, such as the application and look forward to the future of genetic engineering in food applications.
