拥挤状态下企业寻租行为与产业集群的自我调节

Enterprise’s Rent-seeking Action and the Clusters’Self-regulation under the Congestion State of Industrial Clusters

产业集群发展到一定阶段出现的问题受到越来越多的关注,如何面对和解决产业集群发展过程中出现的问题,关键在于认识集群拥挤状态下的企业寻租行为和产业集群的自我调节的关系。产业集群具有类似生态种群的自我调节功能,产业集群内的企业不同于一般集群外的个体企业,在拥挤状态下集群内的企业出现的寻租行为,会有利于集群保持合适的规模和企业密度,从而实现集群的自我调节。最后,以温州柳市低压电器产业集群为例,来进行辅助分析。

There is more and more attention about the industrial cluster’s problem in the developing course. To face and resolve these problems, the key is how to recognize the relationship between the enterprises’s rent -seeking action and the industrial cluster self -regulation in the congestion state of cluster. This paper maintains that the industrial clusters have the same the self-regulation function as the ecosystem of species clusters. The enterprises in the clusters are different from the outside enterprises. The industrial cluster enterprises’ rent-seeking action will bring up the whole cluster’s optimization and innovation in the state of industrial cluster congestion, which will keep the appropriate scale of cluster and enterprise density, to get self regulation function of clusters. At last, a case study of Wenzhou Liushi Low Voltage Apparatus industrial cluster is made to analyze the relationship between the enterprises’ rent-seeking action and the self regulation of cluster.
