经堂歌是以清真寺为中心,在回族群众中流传的普及有关伊斯兰历史文化知识的诗词、民间歌谣和诗歌体传说。它宣传、介绍伊斯兰教的兴起、教义、教法、功修、日常宗教生活等;同时,也有劝教、劝善的内容。本文探讨了回族经堂歌产生的背景、内容、特点及在伊斯兰文化传承中的作用,有助于深入了解伊斯兰文化在中国的传播、传承与发展。

Centered on the mosques and sung from mouth to mouth among the Hui,Mosque songs are poems,folk ballads and poetic legends that target to popularize Islamic history and culture.Containing conversion-persuading and virtue-persuading contents,they disseminate and introduce the founding of Islam,its doctrines,Shariah law,services,daily religious life,etc.This article studies the background,contents,characteristics of the Hui＇s Mosque songs and their functions in inheriting Islamic culture.In this sense,it is beneficial for an in-depth understanding of the dissemination,inheritance and development of Islamic culture in China.
