中西医结合治疗口腔扁平苔藓疗效分析

The Efficacy Analysis of Oral Lichen Planus Treated by Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的观察并评价中西医结合疗法治疗口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)的疗效。方法 100例患者随机分为两组,治疗组50例采用中西医结合方法治疗,对照组50例用泼尼松、转移因子治疗。结果治疗组短期内能有效改善临床症状与体征,两组间的疗效及复发率比较,差异均有显著性意义。结论治疗组治疗方案具有见效快、疗程短、标本兼治等优点。

Objective To observe and evaluate the efficacy of oral Lichen planus treated by traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods 100 patients were divided randomly into 2 groups： 50 patients treated with Traditional and Western Medicine. 50 control group treated with conventional western drugs. Result Treatment group can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and symptom in short-term, between the two groups compare efficacy and relapse rate, differences were significant. There have statistically significant. Conclusion The program of treatment group has a quick, short course advantages.
