五味子乙素对小鼠肝脏HSP27和HSP70的诱导作用

Hepatic heat shock protein 27/70-inducing activity of Schisandrin B in mice

目的观察五味子乙素对正常小鼠肝脏HSP27和HSP70的诱导作用。方法将实验小鼠分为空白对照组、五味子乙素给药组及高温处理组,采用Western blot法检测小鼠肝脏HSP27和HSP70的表达。结果五味子乙素200 mg/kg、100 mg/kg、50 mg/kg组小鼠肝脏的HSP27和HSP70表达均明显升高,但远远小于热休克反应对其表达的诱导。结论五味子乙素能诱导小鼠肝脏HSP27和HSP70的表达。

Objective To investigate the hepatic heat shock protein 27/70-inducing activity of Schisandrin B in normal mice. Methods The mice were administered with Schisandrin B or treated in high temperature,and then HSP27 and HSP70 were detected by Western blot.Results The expression of hepatic HSP27 and HSP70 in the group Schisandrin B（200mg/kg、100mg/kg and 50mg/kg） increased markedly,but far lower than that in heat-treating group.Conclusion Schisandrin B can induce the expression of hepatic HSP27 and HSP70
