摘要 目的探讨KiSS-1及TIMP-1蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及在乳腺癌淋巴结转移中的意义。方法用免疫组化技术检测90例乳腺癌组织、40例癌旁正常乳腺组织KiSS-1及TIMP-1蛋白的表达情况。结果乳腺癌中KiSS-1、TIMP-1的阳性率分别为75.6%和81.1%,明显高于肿瘤周围正常腺体中的阳性表达率42.5%和52.5%(P<0.05)。KiSS-1、TIMP-1在淋巴结阳性患者的表达率分别为27.0%和32.4%明显低于在淋巴结阴性患者中的表达率83.0%及73.6%,(P<0.05)。结论 KiSS-1及TIMP-1蛋白可能在乳腺癌发生及抑制乳腺癌淋巴结转移中起重要作用。 Objective To investigate the expressions of KiSS-1 and TIMP-1 in human breast cancer and the significance in lymph node metastasis breast cancer. Methods The expression of KiSS-1 and TIMP-1 protein were detected by immunohistochemistry S-P method in 90 cases of breast cancer and 40 cases of normal adjacent of breast cancer.Results In breast cancer,the positive expression rates in KiSS-1 and TIMP-1 proteins were 75.6% and 81.1%,significantly higher than which in normal tissues,that were 42.5% and 52.5%,(P〈0.05).The positive expressions of KiSS-1 and TIMP-1 proteins in lymph node metastasis cases were 27.0% and 32.4% significantly lower than which in unmetastasis tissues,which were 83.0% and 73.6%,(P〈0.05).Conclusion KiSS-1 and TIMP-1 proteins may play an important role in carcinogenesis of breast cancer and inhibiting the lymph node metastasis of breast cancer.
