摘要
目的了解医院耐氨基糖苷类鲍氏不动杆菌16SrRNA甲基化酶、氨基糖苷类修饰酶基因存在状况。方法自2008年医院分离的130株鲍氏不动杆菌筛选80株氨基糖苷类耐药菌株,采用PCR检测耐氨基糖苷类鲍氏不动杆菌16S rRNA甲基化酶和氨基糖苷类修饰酶基因。结果 11株检出16S rRNA甲基化酶基因;61株检出氨基糖苷类修饰酶基因,以aac(3)-Ⅰ、aac(6′)-Ⅰ、ant(3″)-Ⅰ为主。结论该试验鲍氏不动杆菌氨基糖苷类耐药机制与产16S rRNA甲基化酶和产氨基糖苷类修饰酶相关,主要与氨基糖苷类修饰酶有关。
OBJECTIVE To survey the prevalence of genes encoding 16S rRNA methylase and aminoglycoside modifying enzyme in Acinetobacter baumannii. METHODS The samples of 80 aminoglycoside-resistant A. baumannii isolates were collected from 130 inpatients. The genes of 16S rRNA methylase and aminoglycoside modifying enzyme were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). RESULTS In 80 strains, 11 strains carried 16S rRNA methylase gene (armA) ,61 strains were positive for the genes of aminoglycoside-modifying enzymes. CONCLUSIONS The aminoglycoside resistance mechanism of the A. baumannii is closely related with 16S rRNA methylase and aminoglycoside-modifying enzymes.
