Analysis of Effect of Sterilization Container using on Surgical Instruments Package

目的探讨使用硬质灭菌盒对手术器械包进行灭菌的效果。方法采用灭菌盒对不同的手术器械包进行包装,放入蒸汽灭菌器进行灭菌,结束之后观察灭菌盒热敏锁及包内化学指示物的变化,并对生物指示剂进行培养。结果使用灭菌盒包装灭菌,阻隔细菌侵入,完全达到灭菌效果,灭菌后储存有效期延长。结论新型硬质灭菌盒确保无菌物品质量。

OBJECTIVE To explore the sterilization container effect on surgical instruments package. METHODS Packed different kinds of surgical instruments sets in container and put these containers into steam autoclave run the sterilization program. Once the processes were finished, checked the changes of thermo lock system of container and the chemical indicator inside. Incubated the biological indicator as well. RESULTS Bacterium can be stopped that by using sterilization container to Sterile, which achieved the sterilization effect completely. And prolonged the effective period. CONCLUSIONS Using the sterilization Container can guarantee the quality of sterilization of surgical instruments sets.
