中药痰热清注射液治疗MRSA感染性肺炎的临床观察研究

Herbal Tanreqing-injection Treating MRSA Pneumonia:A Clinical Research

目的探讨痰热清注射液对MRSA感染性肺炎的疗效。方法采用随机对照,将100例MRSA感染性肺炎患者平均分成2组,在万古霉素等基础治疗的同时,试验组予中药痰热清注射液,对照组予生理盐水注射液静脉滴注。结果治疗后试验组累集积分0.93±2.13,对照组累集积分4.65±3.74,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组总显效率72.0%,对照组总显效率48.0%,试验组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论痰热清注射液与万古霉素注射液具有协同抗菌作用,对治疗MRSA感染性肺炎具有良好疗效。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect about herbal Tanreqing-injection for the treatment of meticillin- resistant Staphylococcus aureus （MRSA）pneumonia. METHODS A hundred cases of MRSA infectious pneumonia were divided equally into 2 groups： control group treated by saline injection and test group treated by Tanreqing injection, at the same time both groups were treated by vancomycin. RESULTS After treatment, the integral of signs and symptoms of test group is 0.93±2. 13, the vs 4. 65±3. 74 of control group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. The treatment efficacy of test group was superior to control group （P〈0.01）. CONCLUSIONS Tanreqing-injection has better effect in the treatment of MRSA pneumonia.
