医院氧气湿化液与湿化瓶消毒效果目标性监测与分析

Inhalation Moisture Liquid and Humidification Bottle of Oxygen in Hospital:An Objective Inspection

目的对医院氧气湿化液与湿化瓶消毒效果进行目标性监测,预防医院感染,确保医疗安全。方法采用目标性监测方式,每季度到临床科室采样,随机抽取使用中氧气湿化液、备用氧气湿化液以及消毒后的湿化瓶进行细菌学检查。结果 2008年共监测备用湿化液66份,合格率45.45%,使用中湿化液110份,合格率34.55%,已消毒湿化瓶62份,合格率80.65%,各季度合格率比较,备用湿化液差异无统计学意义;使用中湿化液,一季度与二季度、三季度与四季度差异有统计学意义,合格率提高,已消毒湿化瓶,四季度有明显变化,合格率达100.00%;120份不合格标本细菌谱分析示,非发酵革兰阴性杆菌构成比为83.33%,其中产碱杆菌属为67.00%、黄杆菌属为21.00%。结论医院对氧气湿化液及湿化瓶进行目标性监测,每季度针对监测结果提出意见,不断整改,收到一定效果,建立健全规章制度和加大监控管理力度是预防湿化液污染的有效措施。

OBJECTIVE To make an objective inspection to the hospital oxygen inhalation moisture liquid and the humidification bottle of oxygent, continually improving, preventing Hospital Acquired Infection （HAI） and guaranteeing the medical security. METHODS Through developing the targeted surveillance, we have had sampling at random the using oxygen humidity fluid, the spare oxygen humidity fluid as well as the disinfection the humidification bottle of oxygent to the clinical offices each quarte, at the same time delivered the laboratory to carry on the bacteriology inspection. RESULTS 66 of the spare oxygen humidity fluid, 110 of the using oxygen humidity fluid, 62 of the disinfection the humidification bottle of oxygent were inspected, in which the qualified rates were 45.45%, 34.55% and 80.65%. Compariing the various quarters qualified rate with the spare oxygen humidity fluid, there was no difference. The qualified rate of the using oxygen humidity fluid had enhance, which had the difference of the 1st quarter with the 2nd quarter. The 3rd quarter with the 4th quarter. It had reached 100~ of the qualified rate to the disinfection the humidification bottle of oxygent which had the obvious change in 4th quarter. Analysising 120 unqualified specimen of bacterium spectrum, it was 83.33% to the constitution ratio of the non-zymocyte Gram negative bacilli, in which Alcaligenes was 67%, Flavobacterium was 21. 00%. CONCLUSIONS By making an objective inspection, it has been found serious pollution of the hospital oxygen inhalation moisture liquid and the humidification bottle of oxygent, we give the comment in view of the monitor result each quarter, reorganizing unceasingly, and have receivesd certain effect. Establishing the perfect regulations and enhancing monitoring management dynamics are the effective action to prevention pollution of the hospital oxygen inhalation moisture liquid.
