2007-2009年医院抗菌药物使用调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Antimicrobial Agents Using in Hospital from 2007 to 2009

目的调查医院近3年临床科室抗菌药物使用和细菌学检查情况,分析存在的问题,为医院合理使用抗菌药物的管理提供依据。方法采取回顾性和横断面调查方法 ,每季度抽取临床各科室住院、出院病历各10份,对抗菌药物使用情况和细菌学检查进行调查统计分析。结果 3年抗菌药物使用率为70.8%,细菌标本送检率为38.5%,其中,内科系统抗菌药物使用率为55.3%,细菌标本送检率为55.5%,外科系统抗菌药物使用率为86.2%,细菌标本送检率为25.1%;在使用抗菌药物患者中,单用的1334例(62.4%),二联773例(36.2%),≥三联30例(1.40%)。结论医院抗菌药物使用率较高,细菌标本送检率较低,因此应采取综合措施,加强抗菌药物合理应用的管理,特别是需关注外科抗菌药物的合理使用。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical use of antibiotics and etiology of inspection, in order to provide evidence for the standard management and the rational use of antibiotics. METHODS By using the retrospective and cross-sectional survey methodology, 10 on files and clinical medical records were selected quarterly. Then analyzed the situation of rational antibacterial agents use and bacteriology inspection. RESULTS The average use rate of antibacterial agents was 70. 8% and the bacteria detection rate was 38. 5%, the average use rate of antibacterial agents was 55. 3% and the bacteria detection rate was 55. 5% in internal system, but in surgical system, they were 86.2 % and 25.1% respectively. The rate of single using in patients for investigation was 1334 （62.4 %） cases, the united using of two kinds of antibacterial medicines were 773 （36.2 % ） cases and the triplex using and more were 30（1.40%） cases. CONCLUSIONS The use rate of the average antibacterial agents is high and the detection rate of pathogen sample is low. Therefore, in the management of clinical infection, should be taken to strengthen the management and use of the rational antibacterial agents, especially pay attention to the rational use of surgical antibiotics.
