As the basic unit of urban society,communities are the congregation place of various social groups,the intersection of interest relations and the carrier of social resources.In the transformation period of various social contradictions in China becoming more prominent and degrees of social risks increasing,the construction of harmonious urban communities in the urbanization is of value and significance fro the harmonious development of the whole society.
