摘要
文章认为,汾河灌区农业水价改革取得一定进展,但供水管理体制改革滞后,农业末级渠系水价管理薄弱,造成了水资源浪费,应当建立完善农业终端水价形成机制,发展节水型农业,建设节水型社会,解决农村民生问题,推进新农村建设。
It is thought that the management system of water in Fenhe Irrigation Area lags behind the time and that they are weak in terminal water management,causing waste of water resources,so it is necessary to improve the terminal agricultural water price system,develop water-saving agriculture and society,improve the rural people’s livelihood and promote the new rural construction.
