心理分析治疗对伽玛刀治疗三叉神经痛患者的影响

The Effect on Patients with Trigeminal Neuralgia Treated by Gamma Knife Radiosurgery with Psychological Analysis Treatment

目的:探讨三叉神经痛患者行伽玛刀治疗前、后的心理特点,为临床治疗和提高疗效提供依据。方法:采用Zung焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)和Zung抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating De-pression Scale,SDS)对45例三叉神经痛患者在入院后第1 d及伽玛刀治疗后第5 d分别进行评定。结果:入院时与伽玛刀治疗后SAS、SDS评分分别比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:三叉神经痛患者存在明显的焦虑和抑郁心理,通过积极、有效的心理分析治疗及伽玛刀治疗,可降低患者不良情绪的严重程度,促进疾病的康复,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective：To study the trigeminal neuralgia patient＇s psychology before and after gamma knife treatment,and to provid reliable evidence for improvement of clinical effectiveness.Methods：Zung SAS and Zung SDS grades are adopted as the method to test 45 patient＇s psychological status who choose the first day after they were sent into hospital and the five days after gamma knife treatment.Results：Compared with the SAS and SDS grade after gamma knife treatment,the difference is obvious.Conclusion：The trigeminal neuralgia patients suffer obvious anxiety and depression;By adopting the positive and effective psychological analysis treatment and gamma knife treatment,the negative emotion of patients can be reduced,which can also improve the quality of life.
